At IM Solutions we have built up a strong reliable database of workers that we keep in full-time work by moving them from client to client.
This database also allows us to have a one strike policy whereby, we do not tolerate our staff not turning up to site. In the unlikely event that they are unable to make it to site we are notified 12 hours before which gives us enough time to find a replacement from our standby list which is updated daily.
We know how important is to deliver reliable workers on time and the knock-on effects of failure to do so. As our rates are very competitive many of our clients now use IM Solutions as their preferred supplier of additional worker on all their jobs.
We monitor the performance of our labours on a weekly basis through our client feedback process to ensure these standards are constantly maintained.

We strive to operate incident and injury free worksites and understand that it is crucial to provide our people with the right tools to deliver safe outcomes via our Integrated Management System (IMS).
All our skilled labourers have a valid white card and adhere to the site-specific PPE requirements including hardhats, high visibility clothing and steel-toecap boots. We ensure that they have all the required training and construction tickets to complete the job in hand. We carry out routine site inspections to ensure our employees are working in a safe environment and adhering to the site rules.

Itamir Melo
Founder/Managing Director
Itamir graduated in Brazil in 2015 with a diploma in Mechanical Engineering while simultaneously working at a shipyard, where he remained for seven years.
After moving to Australia in 2017, he pursued and earned a Diploma in Advanced Leadership and Management. He has a diverse background in construction, civil and structural engineering, shipbuilding, and the water industry. He has worked on multiple Tier 1 projects, gaining extensive experience in wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) plants. He also has a proven history of leading successful construction projects for multimillion-dollar companies.
Itamir’s extensive experience and deep knowledge of construction and infrastructure have shaped his approach to improving quality, safety, and efficiency in the workplace. He is a highly ambitious individual who strives for achievement and growth in all aspects of his life.
Bruno Mills
Managing Director
Bruno is a Sydney-based mechanical engineer with over 10 years of experience in project engineering, specializing in procurement, design and assembly in the water, wastewater sector and renewable energy.
With a strong foundation in project engineering, Bruno excels in quality control, procurement, and team leadership. His recent work in CAD design for large-scale solar farms has enhanced his expertise in project design and his ability to interpret complex technical plans.
Bruno holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney and is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
